Are You Reading This At Work Right Now?
I HAVE GOOD NEWS AND HARD NEWS
The GOOD NEWS is that ADHD is covered under the Americans With Disabilities Act (still, yes, it hasn’t been taken away yet), meaning that if you have ADHD - you can LEGALLY get accommodations at work. The HARD NEWS is that you have to be the one to ask for them, and navigate a path for yourself to freedom. It sucks. It’s not how any of this should work. I talk about the realities of workplace accommodations in 2025 for neurodivergent people (including work-from-home accommodations) on the latest episode of my podcast.

EPISODE 46: ADHD In The Workplace
In this episode: Jen talks about how ADHD shows up at work — from time blindness to burnout — and breaks down what your rights are under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). She walks you through real-world accommodations that can make a huge difference (including remote work), how to actually ask for them without overexplaining, and also rethinks the whole concept of why we even have to ask for things like this on our own in the first place.
