This is a LOT

(an every 10-day newsletter)

Jen Kirkman, a funny woman with a bright smile and sharp humor.

I write real, unfiltered stories from my life as a Gen-X with AuDHD as I just now really start to know myself (only took 50 years!). I’ll be flaunting my radical energy that, looking back, I only thought I had in my 20s as I eschew hustle culture, heteronormativity, monogamy, toxic positivity, neurotypical rules of life, and pump my fist in the air for joy, friendship, feminism, self-care, making my own life and my own rules, and learning to try to be okay with aging (so far, I am not that okay with it? More to come…).

I’ll send you super duper short chronicles from my life and throw you tips, advice, and discoveries that have made things a bit easier and mentally healthier for me—but not in an Amazon influencer way. (Well, except for the fact that I really want to recommend these FUN cool slippers that are actually floor mops.) And I’ll keep you posted about episodes of my podcast, You Are A LOT (an ADHD/AuDHD podcast), and you’ll be in the loop on anywhere else you can see me or read my work.

Just click and sign up, and no, I won’t sell your email address to some weird dark web ring of telemarketers. Mostly because I do not have that kind of energy and have no idea how to do that, not because I’m some amazing person.

xo,
Jen
